Vacation Rental Industry: Yesterday, today and the road ahead.
Some of you may have had the chance to work with me in the past 16 years. I had the privilege to be a successful vacation rental manager and run two different companies since 2003. In 2018 I was approached with a great offer and I sold my business to a major player and helped them develop the Southern WA coast. My time with them was abruptly interrupted by the Covid19 pandemic but my career continues to evolve as I deal with all different aspects of vacation rentals and strive to continuously learn as the industry changes.


From managing condo units to adding homes all along the peninsula I can say with great degree of certainty: No two homes are the same. Every home and their homeowner has its own story. Whether is a small cabin or a four bedroom oceanfront, they are all unique and there’s no such thing as one size fits all.
